Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mail boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
